Nice chocolate cake with cream Chantilly ,yammy
Turn oven on 180 degrees
Preparing:
Sift flour, + baking powder ,cocoa and add Sugar in a side bowl
In mixer bowl eggs+vanilla mix well then buttermilk then oil together for 3 minutes
Add dry ingredients slowly till well mix
in 2 spring trays 9 inches fold the batter in
In oven for 40 minutes
Meanwhile melt chocolate on water bath after it cold put over cream Chantilly
Frosting:
After cake is baked and cool put some cream Chantilly between two cakes and the rest over them.
Bon appetite
Mix the eggs at least for 2 minuets .
