Baked Brie with Pistachios and Dried Fruit Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place the cheese round on a rimmed baking sheet. Prick the top with a fork in a dozen places and drizzle with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the liqueur.
In a bowl, toss the remaining liqueur with the apricots, cranberries and pistachios. Scatter the fruit mixture evenly over the top of the round. Bake until the cheese warms and softens, 8 to 10 minutes. Using a wide spatula, transfer the round to a plate lined with lettuce leaves. Serve with baguette slices or crackers.

Try canned whole cranberry sauce w/orange. Use nuts but brown them and deglaze with brandy or Cointreau. Add nuts to the cranberries. Bake Brie first for 10 or so. Then top w/mixture and bake longer
