This is a try at a different chili recipe, but one that can be made in a crockpot for sunday dinners.

| 1 Can 30ozKidney beans; Drained and Rinsed |
| 1 Can 30ozPinto beans; Drained and Rinsed |
| 4 Cans 10ozRotel Mild diced Tomatoes & green chilies; out of can |
| 1 Can 30ozPetite Diced Tomatoes; out of can |
| 1 Can 30ozTomato sauce; out of can |
| 1 pepperYellow pepper; cut in small peices |
| 2 packetsMccormick Mild Chili Seasoning Mix |
| 1 lbHamburger |
Chili Preparation
Warm Crock Pot to 4 hours setting.
Cook Meat. When done add chopped yellow pepper to cook the pepper.
Mix all cans in crock pot. Add Meat/yellow pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add packets of chili mix.
Let warm in crock pot for 4 hours stirring occasionally if possible.
For a spicier version:
Add 1 tablespoons red cayenne pepper
Add 4 tablespoons chili powder
use half can of tomato sauce and add a 30oz can of enchilada sauce, or green chili sauce depending on taste preferences.
