Country Chicken Supper

1 cup of rice is enough. Added extra to thicken but by the time potatoes were done it was sticking. Undrained beans & tomatoes. Cook about 25 mins. Be careful when liquid gets absorbed it will stick. Try adding garlic.
"We just made this recipe, but we also used chicken broth instead of water. We added garlic, about 1 cup of white wine, peas and some seasonings. It was so delicious that will be making again!" - jomurrayohYield: 6 Servings Ready in 45 minutes

Add green beans, undrained tomatoes, carrots, potato, rice, salt & pepper. Mix gently. Pour water over top of chicken mixture. Cook, covered, over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until potatoes & rice are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and let stand, covered for 5 minutes.
