Sour Cream Pie Preparation
Beat mixture together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in a quick oven - 400?, about 30 - 35 minutes.
Beat remaining egg whites. Pour on top of pie and brown.
Meringue: Beat 2 egg whites & 2 tbsp cold water until foamy. Add mixture of 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp B powder & 1 tsp cornstarch a tsp at a time. Beat until it stands in peaks. Bake at 400 about 8 minutes to brown.
