Apricot (Or Peach) Chicken

| Black Pepper; to taste |
| 2 tbLemon juice |
| 1/2 cApricot; (or peach) |
| 2 tsSoy sauce |
| 1 lbCanned apricots; (or |
| 2 Whole chickens; cut into |
| 1/4 cBrown sugar |
| 1 tbPrepared mustard; (either |
| 1 Garlic; crushed |
Apricot (Or Peach) Chicken Preparation
Arrange chicken in roasting pan. Mix all ingredients except the canned fruit.] Pour mixture over the chicken. Bake for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
