1 cCoconut
2 cPowdered sugar
1 cPecans; Chopped
1 Stickmargarine
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 8-oz packageCream cheese; softened

Upside-Down German Chocolate Cake Preparation

Oil, but do not flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer coconut and chopped pecans in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix using the directions on the box. Pour over the coconut and chopped pecans. Mix together the remaining ingredients. drop by spoon over cake mix. Bake 350 for 50 minutes. After cake has cooled, turn over. Dust with powdered sugar on top, if desired.
