Bread Dumplings

Original recipe makes 6-8 Servings
4 cupsAll purpose flour
2 cupsMilk
2 teaspoonSalt
2 Eggs
4 slicesBread- that is old and dry; cubed

Bread Dumplings Preparation

Put 4 cups flour in large bowl,add Make a hold in center of flour mix and put in eggs and milk and knead. add bread and knead more.

When texture is right, form into large balls size of tennis balls and gently drop into boiling salted water but when laying in water, make sure to lift off bottom of the pot so as not to sick. Stir water and dumplings occasionally. Boil for 20 minutes and remove from water. Cut into slices and serve with gravy.
