Beef Nacho Casserole

Beef Nacho Casserole

Ready in 45 minutes

This is a simple casserole that can be thrown together and baked in about 35 minutes. Even with only a few ingredients, this casserole has a lot of flavor.

"I thought this was a great dish. We tweaked the recipe slightly. We used cheddar and mozerella cheese (what we had in the fridge) and also ended up using a whole bag of tortilla chips. Super easy and delicious!"

Anything the kids like is a winner! Added some Mexican beans and left out the flour. Served it with corn chips, perfect!

We added refried beans to the beef mixture, substituted chili powder for taco seasoning, and cut back the flour to a half cup. Good
