Suggest a better description1. Put all ingredients except for chicken in a blender. Blend until smooth. This is the marinade.
2. Cut deep gashes in the flesh of each piece of chicken and place in a large bowl.
3. Pour the marinade into the bowl and mix well, make sure to work the marinade into those deep gashes in the chicken.
4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5. Cover flat baking sheet with foil and lightly oil the surface.
6. Place chicken evenly on baking sheet and pour remaining marinade over chicken.
7. Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees (F) for approximately 40-45 minutes.
