The pectin in apples and pears is a water-soluble fiber. Combined with the natural laxatives in plums, this drink works as a pretty powerful cleanse.
Wash fruit well with soap and water. Remove the pits from the plums and quarter the fruit. Put everything through a juicer. Shake juice well before serving. I don't recommend drinking more than 2 glasses at a time.
