Original recipe makes 16 Servings
2 poundsground beef, lean
2 onion; chopped
16 fl ozsTomatoes; diced
2 cantomato sauce
32 fl ozschili beans in zesty sauce
1 canhot sauce; to taste
2 teaspoonschili powder
1 teaspooncumin

Charlotte's Chili W/ Beans Preparation

Brown mean and onion in bottom of large sauce pan or dutch oven.

Combine rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 2 hours

Alternate cooking method. Pour browned meat and onion mixture into a crockpot along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for 8 hours
