Mash up salmon with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients until the desired texture & taste is reached.
The mayo, grey poupon & sweet & spicy tabasco are in the order that mayo is the ingredient (between the 3) that you add a little more of, and the tabasco is the least. It is really just to taste & consistency!
