Pork Chops in Balsamic Glaze Preparation
Heat a deep dish frying pan with oil till warm. Season both sides of pork chops with Pork Seasoning, Salt & Pepper. Brown pork chops on both sides about 3 minutes a side until almost done. Remove from pan and set aside. Add shallots to pan and soften for 1 minute. In a separate bowl combine vinegar and brown sugar until dissolved. Pour into sauce pan and scrape up bits of pork and shallots into sauce. Reduce until balsamic thickens 1-3 minutes, about half. Add chops back into the sauce and turn to coat. Heat 1-2 minutes until chops are coated and warm. Serve
