| 4 Chicken breast halves; grilled and shredded |
| 1 canchicken broth |
| 1 canCream of Chicken Soup |
| 1 canCream of mushroom soup |
| 1 canRotel tomatoes |
| 2 Roma tomatoes; dices |
| 1/2 poundmushrooms; sliced |
| 1 bunchCilantro; chopped |
| 1 green bell pepper; chopped |
| 1 red bell pepper; chopped |
| 1 poblano pepper; chopped |
| 1 purple onion; chopped |
| 3 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 3 - 4 Tablespoonschili powder |
Jennifer's Tortilla Soup Preparation
Grill chicken. While chicken cools, put all other ingredients into a large pot (at least 5 quart size). Shred chicken and add to pot. Add water until soup is the consistency you like. Cook until all vegetables are tender. Top with Monterey-jack cheese, tortilla chips, or sour cream.
