|4 Chicken breast halves; grilled and shredded|
|1 canchicken broth|
|1 canCream of Chicken Soup|
|1 canCream of mushroom soup|
|1 canRotel tomatoes|
|2 Roma tomatoes; dices|
|1/2 poundmushrooms; sliced|
|1 bunchCilantro; chopped|
|1 green bell pepper; chopped|
|1 red bell pepper; chopped|
|1 poblano pepper; chopped|
|1 purple onion; chopped|
|3 clovesgarlic; minced|
|3 - 4 Tablespoonschili powder|
Jennifer's Tortilla Soup Preparation
Grill chicken. While chicken cools, put all other ingredients into a large pot (at least 5 quart size). Shred chicken and add to pot. Add water until soup is the consistency you like. Cook until all vegetables are tender. Top with Monterey-jack cheese, tortilla chips, or sour cream.
