| 1 tablespoonground cumin |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsground coriander |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsground cardamom |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsground pepper |
| 1 teaspoonground cinnamon |
| 1/2 teaspoonground cloves |
| 1/2 teaspoonground nutmeg |
Garam Masala: Easy Preparation
1. Mix cumin, coriander, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg in a bowl. Place mix in an airtight container, and store in a cool, dry place.
