| 8 boneless pork loin chops; 3/4 inch thick & 8 ounces each |
| 2 tablespoonscanola oil |
| 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar |
| 1/2 cupsweet onion; chopped |
| 1/2 cupketchup |
| 1/2 cupbarbeque sauce |
| 1/2 cupFrench salad dressing |
| 1/2 cuphoney |
Sweet Barbecued Pork Chops Preparation
1. In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil in batches on both sides. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-14 minutes or until meat is tender.
2. Serve desired amount. Cool remaining chops; transfer to a freezer container. May be frozen for up to 3 months.
3. To use frozen pork chops: Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Place in a skillet; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until heated through.
