Original recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tablespoonsall purpose flour
1 tablespoonground mustard
1 teaspoonseasoned salt
1/8 teaspoonpepper
4 bone-in pork loin chops; 3/4 inch thick and 8 ounces each
2 tablespoonsCanola Oil
mustard sauce:
2 teaspoonsground mustard
1 cupWater
1/2 cuponion; chopped
2 tablespoonsketchup
2 tablespoonsorange marmalade
1 tablespoonsoy sauce
1 tablespoonDijon mustard

Savory Pork Chops Preparation

In a large resealable plastic bag; combine the first four ingredients; add pork chops, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until a meat thermometer reads 160°, about 20 minutes. Serve sauce with pork.
