|2 tablespoonsall purpose flour|
|1 tablespoonground mustard|
|1 teaspoonseasoned salt|
|4 bone-in pork loin chops; 3/4 inch thick and 8 ounces each|
|2 tablespoonsCanola Oil|
|2 teaspoonsground mustard|
|1/2 cuponion; chopped|
|2 tablespoonsorange marmalade|
|1 tablespoonsoy sauce|
|1 tablespoonDijon mustard|
Savory Pork Chops Preparation
In a large resealable plastic bag; combine the first four ingredients; add pork chops, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until a meat thermometer reads 160°, about 20 minutes. Serve sauce with pork.
