| 2 tablespoonsall purpose flour |
| 1 tablespoonground mustard |
| 1 teaspoonseasoned salt |
| 1/8 teaspoonpepper |
| 4 bone-in pork loin chops; 3/4 inch thick and 8 ounces each |
| 2 tablespoonsCanola Oil |
| mustard sauce: |
| 2 teaspoonsground mustard |
| 1 cupWater |
| 1/2 cuponion; chopped |
| 2 tablespoonsketchup |
| 2 tablespoonsorange marmalade |
| 1 tablespoonsoy sauce |
| 1 tablespoonDijon mustard |
Savory Pork Chops Preparation
In a large resealable plastic bag; combine the first four ingredients; add pork chops, a few pieces at a time, and shake to coat.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown chops in oil on both sides, about 8 minutes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over chops. Cover and simmer until a meat thermometer reads 160°, about 20 minutes. Serve sauce with pork.
