Apple Sweet Cornish Game Hens Preparation

Recipe by: LOW CALORIE & LOW FAT RECIPES Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove giblets. Rinse hens inside and out; pat dry. In medium bowl, combine all stuffing ingredients; mix well. Spoon 1/4 of stuffing mixture into body cavity of each hen. Secure body openings with wooden picks or metal skewers. Tie legs together with string. Place hens in ungreased 13x9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until fork tender and juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices. This did not produce anything to baste with and was not close to done in the time indicated. I added a cup of chicken broth to try to salvage it as best I could.
