Hot Spinach Salad Preparation
Microwave bacon for 4 minutes, drain fat reserving 2 TBSP, Add chopped onion and microwave until soft, stir in vinegare, water, cornstarch, celery seed and brown sugar. Place spinach, mushrooms, egg slices bacon and crouton in 4 serving bowls. Toss with hot dressing.
