2 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
2 Eggs
1/2 cupItalian Bread Crumbs
3 tbsOlive oil
4 slicesSwiss Cheese
1/2 cupflour
2 slicesProsciutto
4 tbsgarlic butter

Chicken Stuffed with Swiss Cheese and Prosciutto Preparation

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Open a window to let the smoke out.

Slit the chicken breasts so they will fold out flat. Dredge in flour, then in the beaten eggs, then the bread crumbs.

Put the cheese and prosciutto on the chicken, and fold it over.

Preheat the oil in a frying pan, and brown the chicken well on both sides.

Put the chicken breasts in a 9 inch baking dish, and spread the garlic butter on top.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes

I have better luck with the crust by not using a non-stick pan.
