| 1 bag (32 oz)Southern-style hash brown potatoes; thawed |
| 1/2 cupOnion; chopped |
| 1/2 cupCelery; chopped |
| 1 carton (32 oz)Chicken broth |
| 1 cupWater |
| 1 cupMilk |
| 3 tablespoonsFlour |
| Cheddar cheese; shredded |
| Bacon; Diced |
| Sour cream |
| Green Onion |
Potato Soup Preparation
In a 3-to-4 quart slow cooker, mix potatoes, onion, celery, broth and water. Cover, cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. In a small bowl, whisk together milk and flour, add to potato mixture. Turn slow cooker to high for an additional 20-30 minutes. Garnish with cheese, bacon, sour cream and green onion.
