The most delicious pumpkin cookies ever!
Cream butter and sugar. Add the pumpkin and vanilla then blend well. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet or non-stick pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes depending on the strength of your oven.
You can also put this batter into mini muffing tins. Bake these for the same time as the cookies.
