| .5 tCayenne pepper |
| t TBrown sugar |
| 1 tAllspice |
| 2 tGinger roots; minced |
| 2 TParsley, fresh; chopped |
| .4 tPepper, black; ground |
| 1.25 lbsFlank Steak |
| Dressing |
| 1 TSesame Oil |
| 1 TSugar |
| 1.5 Rice Wine Vinegar |
| 2 Soy sauce |
| Stir-fry |
| 1 TGinger roots; minced |
| 1 Jalapeno peppers; minced |
| 3 Green onions; thinly sliced |
| 8 CGreen cabbage; thinly sliced |
| 1 CParsley; chopped |
| .5 Carrot; shredded |
| Pitas, not cut or flat-bread |
Thai Steak Wraps Preparation
Marinade
In a zippie bag combine, pepper, salt, paprika, cumin, brown sugar, cayenne, allspice, 2T parsley, 2t ginger, and add steak. Marinade overnight.
Grill
Steak 8-10 min, allow to rest 10 min before slicing.
Dressing
Combine sesame oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar and stir until sugar is disoved. Add 1 T ginger and jalapeno.
Stir-Fry
In wok, combine dressing, and green onion, cook 1-2 min, add cabbage and carrot. Toss until heated through about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 C parsley.
Serve on pitas with steak.
