Suggest a better descriptionPre-heat the oven to 220c/200c fan/gas mark 7.
Place the potatoes into a baking tray and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
Mix the jar of soy, ginger and chilli tray bake with the vegetables and salmon in a bowl. Arrange the vegetables on top of the potatoes.
Place the salmon on top, cover with foil and cook in the oven for a further 10 minutes.
Remove the foil and cook for 5-10 minutes or until the salmon is throughly cooked.
