Soda Cracker Toffee
Boil brown sugar and butter for 3-4 minutes. Grease a cookie sheet and cover with soda crackers. Pour melted sugar and butter mixture over top of crackers. Bake at 400 F for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with butter scotch and chocolate chips and spread while melting with a knife. Place cookie sheet in a freezer until everything is frozen. Remove from freezer and break into chunks to eat.
