Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1 PkgBarilla Plus Rotini
1 CupWalnuts, chopped
1/2 CupSun-dried tomatoes in oil and herbs; Thinly sliced
2 ClovesGarlic; Crushed
1/4 CupExta-virgin olive oill
2 CupsBroccoli Florets
1 CupParmesan cheese grated
1/2 CupFresh basil; Cut into thin strips
Salt & pepper; To taste

Rotini with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Walnuts, Basil and Parmasean Cheese Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute' walnuts in a sqmall skillet for 1-2 minutes until slightly brown. Place in a large salad bowl. Add sun-dried tomatoes, including some oil from the tomatoes, garlic and olive oil. Add brocolli flnorets into the boiling water (with pasta) for last three minutes. Drain. Add pasta ans brocolli to salad bowl. Add parmesean cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
