Chicken Cheese Enchiladas
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 Servings
| 1 canCream of Chicken Soup |
| 1/2 cupSour Cream |
| 1 cuppicante sauce |
| 2 tspchili powder |
| 2 cupschopped cooked chicken |
| 1/2 cupshredded Monterey jack Cheese |
| 6 flour tortillas; warmed |
| 1 tomato; chopped |
| guacamole; as garnish |
Chicken Cheese Enchiladas Preparation
1. Make the sauce mix- soup, sour cream, picante, chili powder.
2. Add chicken, cheese to 1 cup picante mix.
3. divide chicken mix to tortillas. Fill, roll and place seamside up in 2 quart shallow dish. Pour remaining picante over tortillas. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
