Original recipe makes 8 Servings
| 2 tspvegetable oil |
| 1 lbground pork |
| 4 green onions; thinly sliced |
| 1 tspground allspice |
| 1/2 tspground ginger |
| 2 clovesgarlic; chopped |
| 2 tbssoy sauce |
| 2 tbscilantro; chopped |
| 16 butter lettuce leaves |
| 8 tspplum sauce |
Chinese Lettuce Cups Preparation
1. In large frying pan, heat oil over high. Add pork. Cook, stirring until starting to brown. Drain excess fat.
2. Stir in green onions, allspice, ginger, garlic, tamari. Cook until green onions are tender, about 2 minutes.
3. Place 2 lettuce leaves on each plate. Spoon pork into leaves and top with plum sauce and cilantro.
