Original recipe makes 1 Servings
Crust
1 pkgYellow or White cake mix; save one cup of the mix
1/2 cupMargarine
1 Egg
Filling
1 15 ounce canPumpkin
2 1/2 tspPumpkin pie spice
3/4 cupBrown sugar
2 Eggs
2/3 cupMilk
Topping
1 cupWhite cake mix; which was reserved from above
1 tspCinnamon
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupMargarine

Pumpkin Pie Squares Preparation

Mix the ingredients for the crust together and pack into a greased 9x12-inch pan.

Make the filling and pour the filling mixture over the crust.

Make the topping and sprinkle it over the filling.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve topped with Whipped Cream.
