Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cupTequila
1 cupOrange juice
1/2 cupLime Juice; fresh, plus a little extra
1 tspRed pepper flakes
4 Chicken breasts boneless and skinless
1 Avocado; chopped
1 Tomato; meduim, chopped
1 Jalapeno peppers; minced, seeded

Margarita Chicken Preparation

In large zip bag, combine first 4 ingredients and mix. Add chicken and marinate for 1-2 hours. Combine avacado, tomato, jalapeno pepper, salt and pepper. Squeeze half a lime over the combination. Heat grill. Grill chicken breast for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through. Brush with marinade while grilling. Discard leftover marinade. Serve with the avacado salsa.
