Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown, remove from pan set aside and fry the onions and garlic until the onions are soft and browned.
Place the chicken,onions and mushrooms in a ovenproof casserole dish.
Blend the contents of columns sachet with the water and add to the dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour or until the chicken is tender.
Garnish with fresh parsley, ensure piping hot and serve immediately with sauteed potatoes and green beans
