An old favorite!
Melt margarine in pan. Brown veal for 1 minute. Remove from pan.
Add stock, wine, tomato paste,cumin and mushrooms. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove mushrooms.
Reduce liquid by half. Return veal and mushrooms to pan.
Serve with pasta and garnish with parsley.
