1 boxNo-boil lasagna noodles
1 jarSpaghetti Sauce
1 canDiced Tomatoes
1 poundMozzarella grated
1 cartonRocotta; small carton
1 packfrozen spinach; thawed drained
1 poundGround beef; cooked
1/2 cupParmesan cheese grated

Slow Cooker Lasanga Preparation

Cook ground beef, let cool a bit. In bowl mix pasta sauce and diced tomatoes. In second bowl mix thawed and drained spinach, 2/3 of rocotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella. Mix rest of rocotta and half of what is left of the mozzarella with the beef.

Layer one cup of sauce on bottom of slow cooker. Next place a layer if noodles. (I break noodle to fit the shape.) 3/4 cup of sauce on top of noodles, then half of the spinach mix. Layer of noodles, 3/4 cup of sauce and all of the beef mix. Last layer, noodles, 3/4 cup sauce, rest of spinach mix. Top with layer of noodles, rest of sauce and rest of mozzarella cheese and all of parmesan. Cook on LOW for 3-3.5 hours.
