Bacon Bloody Mary
First Recipe! Well to start us off, here is the latest recipe I've heard. I promise first thing tomorrow I will find out a recipe from one of our chefs that I'm sure you will love. Don't know if this will sound as weird to you as it did to me when one of our waiters suggested it for a hangover. I assure you it is amazing and does the job.

Bacon Bloody Mary Preparation
1. Put the bacon into the vodka and let it infuse for one week.
2. Fill your glass with ice. Grind over the ice the slat and pepper. Next squeeze a quarter of the lemon into the glass. Add a shot of vodka and fill to the top with tomato juice. If you have a drink shaker on hind use that, otherwise follow the above.
3. Garnish with a celery and a slice of lemon. Sprinkle a little more pepper on top for appearance.

Tip
Why not make it a BLT like we did. After waiting a week to finally taste it someone suggested we cover some bacon in brown sugar and cook it in the oven until the sugar has caramelized and place it on a cocktail stick with a cherry tomato and a small piece of lettuce. After waiting a week already, we were willing to wait the extra 10 minutes to have the truly perfect bloody mary.
