| 2 cupstomatoes; diced |
| 1 1/3 cupssnap peas; chopped |
| 12 slicesturkey bacon; microwaved & crumbled |
| 4 ouncesreduced fat mozzarella cheese; grated or diced |
| 3/4 cupNancy's Reduced Fat Blue Cheese Dressing |
Cobb Salad Preparation
MICROWAVE turkey bacon (4 to 5 minutes)
LARGE BOWL combine all ingredients except for dressing.
TOP with blue cheese.
