Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Spread 3 tablespoons cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 slices turkey, 2 spinach leaves, and 4 cucumber slices; roll up.

promfh 6 years agoI eliminated the cheddar cheese and diced in some olives. Had some cilantro on hand, so in it went. They were yummy !
