Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1 1/2 poundsbrussel sprouts; remove outer leaves and cut in half
3 tablespoonsavocado oil
4 slicesbacon; diced
4 tablespoonsalmond; raw & whole
salt
pepper

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon & Almonds (Paleo) Preparation

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Toss the sprouts in the oil, salt and pepper. Dump them on a foil lined baking sheet, making sure to keep everything in one layer. Sprinkle the diced bacon and almonds over everything and pop the tray in the oven.

The sprouts take about 30-35 minutes to roast. Turn the sprouts over every ten minutes.

Check for seasoning and serve.
