2 bunchesred kale
2 tablespoonsavocado oil
fleur de sel

Baked Kale Chips (Paleo) Preparation

Key Points:

1.The kale leaves must be SUPER DRY.

2.Bake the kale at 350.

3.Cook the chips for 12 minutes.

4.Salt AFTER the kale chips are out of the oven.

Toss the dry leaves in olive oil and make sure they are coated well and evenly

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay the leaves out flat in a single layer.

Bake for 12 minutes and do not burn. Remove from the over and sprinkle with fleur de sel.
