Blackberry Balsamic Rosemary Sauce

Ingredients
| 1 (16-18 ounce) jarBlackberry preserves; or jam |
| 1 tablespoonBalsamic Vinegar |
| 1 sprigFresh rosemary |
Blackberry Balsamic Rosemary Sauce Preparation
In a saucepan, combine preserves, 2 tablespoons water, and vinegar.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
Add rosemary and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until desired consistency.
Remove rosemary and allow to cool.
Chill until ready to use. Can be stored up to 3 days.
Serve over cheesecake, ice cream or any other dessert that pairs well with fruit.
Notes
Be sure to use fresh rosemary.
