| 1 onion; finely diced |
| 3 clovesgarlic; minced |
| 1 14.5 oz cantomatoes; diced |
| 2 14.5 oz cansItalian style tomatoes; diced |
| 1 8 oz cantomato sauce |
| 1 cupwater |
| 1 15 oz cankidney beans |
| 1 15 oz canpinto beans |
| 2 tbspchilli powder |
| 1 tbspground cumin |
| 2 tbspwhite sugar |
| 1 tbspsalt |
| 1 tspground black pepper |
| 1 tbsphot pepper sauce |
Chilli Preparation
In a large stock pot lightly brown ground beef and drain if necessary. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is translucent. Add tomoatoes, diced tomatoes with chilli peppers, tomato sauce, water, kidney beans, pinto beans, chilli powder, cumin, sugar, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes and then serve.
