1 poundSkinless chicken breasts,; diced
2 15-oz. cansKidney beans,; drained
1 28-oz. canWhole tomatoes,; undrained
1/3 cupChopped onion
1 tablespoonChili powder
1 teaspoonGround cumin

Best Chicken Chili Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart saucepan; break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chicken should be white and flavors blended.
