4 lbschuck roast
1 cupwine
1 packageonion soup mix
1 canpork and beans
1 cankidney beans
1 canPinto beans
1 large cantomales; sliced
1 canchili with beans
1 large canEnchilada sauce
1 cancorn
1 canbeef broth
1 canGreen chiles; chopped
1 canTomatoes; diced
cheddar cheese
bouillon

Mexican Pot Roast Preparation

Brown meat in dutch oven with wine, onion soup, bouillion, & beef broth for 3 to 4 hours. Shred with fork and add all other ingredients. Cook until hot - 20 minutes.
