Original recipe makes 2 Servings
| 10 ouncesahi filet; 400 |
| 2 tablespoonOlive oil; for searing 240 |
| 2 tablespoonSesame Oil; 240 |
| 1 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| 1 tablespoonGinger; minced |
| 1 garlic cloves; minced |
| Red pepper flakes; to taste |
| 1 teaspoonlemon juice |
| 2 cupsrice; 400 |
CS Seared Ahi Tuna Preparation
Instructions:
1. Mix the marinade ingredients together and coat the tuna steaks with the marinade, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium high heat. When the pan is hot, remove the tuna steaks from the marinade and sear them for a minute on each side.
3. Serve with rice and sauted veggies recommended
