Banana Nut Bread
Original recipe makes 10 Servings
| 3/4 cupbutter |
| 1 1/2 cupssugar |
| 1 1/2 cupsmashed bananas |
| 2 Eggs |
| 1 teaspoonvanilla extract |
| 2 cupsflour |
| 1 teaspoonbaking soda |
| 3/4 teaspoonsalt |
| 1/2 cupbuttermilk |
| 3/4 cupchopped nuts |
Banana Nut Bread Preparation
Cream together butter and sugar. Add banana, eggs, and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients. Add alternately with buttermilk. Blend well. Stir in nuts, and pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
