Meatballs:
In a bowl, combine onions, crumbs, and parm cheese. Add beef and mix well. Shape into 1 in balls, place on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins or until no longer pink.
Meanwhile, arrange bread in a single layer in an ungreased 13X9 in baking dish. Combine the cream cheese, mayo, Italian seasoning and pepper: spread over the bread.
Sprinkle with ½ cup moz cheese.
Combine the sauce, water and garlic: add meatballs. Pour over cheese mixture: sprinkle with remaining moz. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until heated through.
Note- you can use frozen or pre-made meatballs as well
Note- You can use dried Italian dressing mix instead of the seasoning, and you can use garlic powder instead of mincing the garlic.
