CS Broccoli Chicken
Ingredients
| 1 tablespoonSoy sauce; 10 |
| 1 tablespoonSake; 20 |
| 2 teaspoonsCorn starch |
| 10 ouncesChicken breast; cubed |
| 2 tablespoonsOyster flavored sauce; 50 |
| 1 tablespoonDark soy sauce; 20 |
| 1 teaspoonSesame Oil; 40 |
| 2 tablespoonsOlive oil; 240 |
| 2 Garlic cloves |
| 8 ouncesBroccoli Florets; 50 |
| 3/4 cupChicken broth; 10 |
| 2 cupsRice; 500 |
CS Broccoli Chicken Preparation
Instructions:
1. Combine soy sauce, sake and cornstarch
2. Add chicken and coat thoroughly
3. Let stand for 10 minutes
4. Combine Oyster sauce, dark soy sauce and sesame oil
5. Place wok over high heat and add oil, swirling to coat sides
6. Add garlic and cook for 10 seconds
7. Add chicken and stir fry until barely pink
8. Add sauce and cook until done - chicken should be just barely cooked as it will cook more after removal
9. Add Broccoli and chicken broth to the wok - cook until tender crisp about 3 minutes
10. Serve with rice
