Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 1/2 lbGround turkey
1 Box (1 lb.) ziti, cooked
1 tsPepper
1 tsBasil
1/2 cRed wine
1 tsOregano
2 cOnions, chopped
1 cSpinach, thawed and drained
1 tsSalt
3 Garlic; minced
1 1/2 Jrs Classico Tomato Basil
2 cMozz. cheese, shredded
2 tsCapers

Turkey Ziti Preparation

Cook ziti according to package directions. In large skillet brown turkey and onions. Drain. Add garlic, saute for a couple of minutes, and add the pasta sauce, spices, and wine. Cook for about 10 minutes. Stir in spinach and capers. Add the drained ziti and place into a large casserole dish. Top w/ Mozz. Cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until it is bubbly.
