German Pancakes Preparation
Mix flour, salt, sugar in bowl. Add Eggs and beat slightly after each. Add milk to make very thin batter. Pour on greased pan or griddle, medium high heat, tip to spread batter into large pancake. Cook as pancake. Serve with powdered sugar and lemon juice and roll up. Good filled with fruit also.
