Pear Pancakes Preparation
1. In 4-quart saucepan, heat pears, cider and spice to boiling on medium-high. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes or until very tender, stirring.
2. In bowl, whisk oats, flours, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk in buttermilk, eggs and oil.
3. Brush 12-in nonstick skillet with oil. Cook. Serve with pear syrup.
